Service Description
Hedcut Maker is a service that creates Wall Street Journal-style portrait illustrations (hedcuts) from uploaded photographs using artificial intelligence.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
Payment and Credits
- Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable
- Credits expire if your account is inactive for an extended period
- Pricing is subject to change with notice
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Content and Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of images you upload
- You grant us a license to process your images for the purpose of generating hedcuts
- Generated hedcut images are provided for your use
- You may not use the Service to generate content that violates any laws or third-party rights
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
- Use automated systems to abuse the service
Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hedcut Maker and its affiliates, creators, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
